Explanation:

With Scientific Notation, you always have to make sure your number is a number between 1 and 10. So we move the decimal point in 0.000264 to make it between 1 and 10. So we then get 2.64 as your new number. Then to make it into an equation you would multiply by 10 with an exponet of however many times you moved your decimal point, in this case we moved it to the right 4 times. And since we are moving to the right, that would also make our exponet negative. So then we would have 10^(-4) as what we are multiplying by. So then we get 2.64 × 10^(-4) as our awnser.
