There are five lamps of 1.1 ohms resistance each, in parallel. The total resistance is (1.1 / 5) = 0.22 ohm.
Current = Voltage / Resistance.
There's no current in the circuit right now, because the switch is open. As soon as somebody closes the switch, the current will be
(3 V) / (0.22 ohm) = 13.6 Amp.
(For a very short time. That's a huge load for 1.5-V batteries, and they'll quickly run out of gas.)
