= ( 9 + 2 ) / 3

= 11/3

In the diagram,

Length ( l )= x m

Breadth ( b ) = 3 ⅔ m = 11/3 m

Given that area of the rectangle = 44 m²

Formula : -

Area of the rectangle = lb

lb = 44

x * 11/3 = 44

x = ( 44 * 3 ) / 11

x = 4 * 3

x = 12 m

Therefore,

the missing length = 12 m
