please someone tell me what to do I'm in a religious family but I am questioning... i think I'm bi or lesbian... what do I do?

So this isn’t a school related question? Well, don’t panic. That’s the first most important thing. Second, find a friend or community you can confide in. Third, dont rush, take as much time as you need.

It’s mostly up to you, but find a time of day or even some part in a year to just sit down and talk with them. They should honestly be understanding about how you feel and how you’ve developed as a bi or lesbian. If you don’t think your ready to do that, spend some time talking to a really close friend and hopefully they’ll get you to a calmer point where you can build up the courage (: Hope this helped <3
