Well this isn’t really helpful but I listen to music that I can relate to and that is really deep I get in a mood all the time and this i can just say the lyrics it makes me feel better

Dont really know about identity. I listen to a lot of nostalgic music and music I can relate to though. It has to do a lot with mood too. Sorry I know this isnt really much help
