With regard to exercise, it is important to​

a. avoid sedentary behavior such as sitting too much.​

Answer: A

I believe the answer is A due to b saying you should only work out 3-4 times a month which isn’t true, C saying to take the no pain, no gain approach which has been proven to unbenefical and D saying to choose only vigorous activitices, workouts don’t need to always be vigorous.
