Answer: 72 degrees

n = 5 is the number of sides in a pentagon

360/n = 360/5 = 72 is the measure of each exterior angle of the regular pentagon. It has to be a regular polygon or else you could have some exterior angle measures that are different. A regular polygon has all sides equal to one another, and it also has all angles equal to one another.
