Given:

Volume of cylinder = 1,695.6 cubic meters.

Height of the cylinder = 15 m

The value of the π = 3.14

To find:

The length of the radius.

Solution:

Volume of the cylinder = πr²h

\pi r^2h = 1,695.6

3.14 * r^2 * 15 = 1,695.6

r^2 * 47.1 = 1,695.6

Divide by 47.1 on both sides.

$( r^2 * 47.1)/(47.1) = (1,695.6)/(47.1)

r^2=36

Taking square root on both sides.

r=6

The length of the radius of the cylinder is 6 meter.
