Answer: PLEASE READ THIS WHOLE THING FOR THE ANSWER

For step 1, place one +x2 tile in the product section and place three -x tiles to the right of the +x2 tile and three more below the +x2 tile. Then place three + tiles below the -x tiles on the right of the +x2 tile.

For step 2, place six more + tiles under the other + tiles to form a square and drag the remaining six - tiles to the side but don't throw them away, place them to form a vertical line (a line going from bottom to top)

For step 3, drag one +x tile to Factor 1 and drag three - tiles in Factor one, and do the same thing for Factor 2.

For step 4, the answer is A (x-3)(x-3)=x^2-6x+9

For step 5, the answer is -6

For step 6, the answer is A h(x)=(x-3)^2-6

And there you go, yall are all welcome <3
