about 351.86 mm

Explanation:

A = 2πRH+2πR^2

the diameter is given 8mm. since we need the radius, the radius is half the diameter, half of 8 is 4.

The length that given can be used as the height which would be 10.

R=4 & H=10

2π(4)(10)+2π(4)^2

Area is about 351.86 mm
