Explanation: i’d imagine it’s B, since you wouldn’t need gloves if BOTH vehicles are off and you need to touch the connections anyway. Obviously, if you’re working on something electrical (especially if it’s DC) you would want it to be off. D is immediately wrong because you can’t use the force to connect the jumpstarters (Unless of course, you’re a real life jedi.)
