Healthcare is neither a right nor a luxury. It is a service, just like auto repair. If you don't maintain your car, it won't last. That applies to your health as well.

It depends on the country actually. In other countries, it is mostly a right, but if you consider the US healthcare system, then it is considered a luxury. Let me explain. Health care is never a luxury, but it can be an absolute necessity.
