The diagonal splits the rectangle into 2 triangles, the red and yellow triangle.

Since this is a rectangle, we know that the triangles are right triangles.

Knowing this we can use Pythagorean theorem. X^2+14^2=20^2

X=2

Add to find the perimeter:

2+14+14+2 = 32
