Answer:

Well, to begin with, people today replace fast food or low nutritional quality foods with elaborate or more nutritious foods.

This is why I choose vitamin C as a vitamin since many people consume artificial juices and rarely squeeze the fruit or take the time to do so.

This vitamin generates an alteration in the synthesis of collagen in deficit and even a depression of the immune system against possible viral attacks, the disease that is characterized by vitamin C deficiency is called scurvy and it is even possible to have vascular alterations ...

The essential thing is to consume at least once a day (better if it is in the breakfast) a medium glass of orange juice or the same can be lemonade, white grapefruit, pink grapefruit-

Step-by-step explanation:

It is vitally important to understand that vitamin C is also essential for the absorption of iron, that is why some people who do not consume it suffer from anemias.

Hypovitaminosis of vitamin C is called scurvy, this disease has its history .... The chemical name of vitamin C, ascorbic acid, comes from the Latin root scorbutus. It was common in seafarers who subsisted on diets that did not include fresh fruit or vegetables (replacing these with dried grains and salted meat). It was recognized more than two centuries ago by British naval physician James Lind, who prevented or cured it by adding citrus to the diet. One of the most normal manifestations of scurvy is the presence of redness and spontaneous bleeding from the dental gums (although a differential diagnosis would have to be made with other pathologies)

Answer:

Shortfall nutrients are those nutrients which are present in less quantity in our food than the required amount. Due to deficiency of these nutrients, health is adversely affected. Some shortfall vitamins and minerals are vitamins A, D, E, C, folate, calcium, magnesium, fiber, potassium and iron etc.

There are certain fruits and vegetables which contains sufficient amount of these shortfall nutrients. By consuming these types of foods fulfill the need for vitamins and minerals.

Calcium is a mineral which is required by the body. If sufficient amount of calcium is not present in our food. Our body absorb calcium from bones which results in weak bones. Iron is also required for the synthesis of hemoglobin cells.
