The durable power of attorney assigns someone to take care, handle and maintain responsibility of affairs which is substantially related to a living will which is a legal document written prior to an individual's death which apportions wealth and belongings of such individual to people of his choosing. This people are usually his children, wife or relative. However, am individual may decide to share or give his wealth to other people or organization as well including charity organization or foundation.
