That’s quadratic. Here’s how you can tell..
Linear:
Formula: y = mx + b
Example: y = 12x + 3
Appearance: A straight line
Quadratic:
Formula: y = ax^2 + bx + c
Example: y = 12x^2 + 2x + 5
Appearance: A parabola (U)
