The slope of a line is -3 and the line goes through the point (0, 4). What is the equation of the line in slope-intercept form?

The formula for slope-intercept form is y=mx+b, m is the slope, b is the y intercept so you plug in -3 and (0,4) into the formula and you would get,

y=-3x+4

the point has an x and a y the x=0 and y=4
