How many books of the same mass would it take to equal the mass of the bookcase? Someone help

500 grams = 0.5 kilograms.

It would take 2 books to equal 1 kilogram ( 0.5 + 0.5 = 1)

2 books x 20 = 40

It would take 40 books.
