Answer: 1/30x (381x+10y)
Explanation:
(4x + 2/3y) - (4/12y - 8.7x) = 12.7x+1/3y
Convert 12.7x in the difference to a fraction, which is 127/10x.
Factor out 1/30 from 127/10x + 1/3y
Solution: 1/30x (381x+10y)
12.7x+1/3y
