Hello there,

In a hydrogen the neutrons and protons are as follows:

  • 1 proton and 0 neutrons

Now with a hydrogen with a -3 isotope:

  • 3 - 1 = 2 which means that you have 2 neutrons

A hydrogen with a -3 isotope would have 1 proton and 2 neutrons.

Hope I helped,

Amna
