The information provided via these media help families to make informed decisions and choices about the products and services they intend to patronize.

2. Technological tools such as televisions, radios, the internet, mobile devices (phones, tablets, pods,...) serve as media for the propagation of the relevant information about the importance, usage, availability, affordability, accessibility and deliverability of goods and services offered by various organisations.

3. Households pay constant visits to online stores to search for products/services of, their choices or to navigate through their stock to discover new products/services. Their choices are informed by studying the products/ services description contents attached to them.
