Intrusion can be defined as forcible inclusion or entry of an external group or individual; the act of intruding.

Private facts refers to information about a particular subject, especially actual conditions and/or circumstances not accessible by the public.

False light refers to a cause of action arising under the common law where a person is portrayed in a way which, while not technically false, is misleading and likely to cause embarrassment to that person.

The photographer cannot be charged for any of the following because him taking a photograph does not in any way commit any of these.
