Go for walks—> it can boost motivation and inspiration

Set earlier alarms to get into a good morning habit for yourself

Workout in the morning—> it’ll help wake you up and keep you from getting lazy

Do stretches or easy ab workouts when you’re just sitting and watching TV

Don’t turn down opportunities to get out, go out and get fresh air instead of staying home (if this is for homework—> pretend corona isn’t happening rn )
