Do you think the dropping of the atomic bomb on Japan to end WWII was justified (or done for a good reason)? Why or why not?

we dropped the bomb because Japan would not stop attacking the US, they said they would not surrender. the US gave warnings and they wouldn't stop so the US had to do it in order to stop them. and the US the didn't really know of what kind of damage the bombs would cause because they had never used them before
