Circumference = 2 pi r = 6.28 *31 = 194.28

1% arc = 3.6 = 1.9428

55.56% of 360=200.016

55.56% of 194.28 =107.94

The radius is 31inch if it was a prime factor of 360 then you could use the equation arc = radius / no of segments

Ifthe circle had 30 inch radius then 360/30 = 12

Then divide by the 200/30 = 6.66

The circumference then would be similar 114.44inch
