radius is 14 (28/2=14)


(20)/(360) =(a)/(\pi r^2) \\ (1)/(18) =(a)/(\pi 14^2)


(1)/(18) =(a)/(196\pi)


a=(1*196\pi)/(18) \\a=1*10.88\pi\\a=10.88\pi
