A is correct. There’s two ways to do this.
1) Process of elimination. Plug x and y in for every equation and see if it is true.
9(0) - 6(3) < 12
-18 < 12 (true)
2) Look at the graph. I assume on your paper/computer you can see a graph. Try to find one of these plots on the graph. (0, 3) should be there.
