Answer: 13/18

Explanation:

First you add up the amount of even numbers and the amount of numbers greater than 10

2,4,6,8,10 make 5 then add 8 more for 11-18, leaving you with 13 then take 13 and divide it by the total (18) and you will get 0.72 or 13/18
