Answer:

The value of length of the ladder = 16714.54 m

Explanation:

From the Δ ABC

AB = Height of the wall = 1212 m

AC = Length of the ladder = ( 44 + x ) m

BC = x

From Pytha gores theorem

AC^(2) = AB^(2) + BC^(2) \\(44 +x)^(2) = 1212^(2) + x^(2) \\1936 + 88 x + x^(2) = x^(2) + 1468944\\88 x = 1468944 - 1936\\x = 16670.54 \ m

Length of the ladder = AC = 44 + x

Length of the ladder = AC = 44 + 16670.54 = 16714.54 m

This is the value of length of the ladder.
