by the use of Pythagoras

  1. H^2 = A^2 + O^2
  2. devide the base of the triangle i.e 3 as A and 6 as H
  3. O is Same as height h
  4. by substitution
  5. 6^2 = 3^2 + O^2
  6. 36 = 9 + O^2
  7. O^2 = 36-9
  8. O = √27
  9. O or h = 5.19
