y=(20M+30S) kwh

Explanation:

Since each windmill generates M kwh then for ywo windmills, each year they will generate 2 M kilowatt hours

For solar panels, since each generates S kilowatts annually then for 3 of them, the power will be 3 S

Total production per year will be 2M+3S

In n years, the energy will be y(n)=(2M+3S)n

When n is 10 years then

y(10)=(2M+3S)10=20M+30S

Therefore, y=(20M+30S)kwh
