Answer:

High intensity activities- football, snowboarding, tennis, basketball.

Moderate intensity activities- aerobics, karate, mountain biking, dancing, swimming, skateboarding,

Low intensity activities- taking the dog for a walk, canoeing, gardening, washing the car, hovering the house, cleaning the windows.

Step-by-step explanation:

Our day to day activities involves different level of strength and forve. High intensity activities are the ones which requires too much vigor and where a person feels breathless because of an increase in heart rate. For example: when we play football, our body constantly keep running from here and there consuming too much strength.

Moderate intensity activities are those which do increase our breathing and heart rate, but one can still be able to have a conversation and talk. Say for example: aerobics do increase our heart rate, but not to the point where we can't even talk.

Low intensity activities on the other hand are the activities which can be performed without much efforts. Casual walk, gardening, cleaning house are all low intensity activities.
