Answer: B. One

A solution is the same as a root or x intercept. We look where the graph crosses or touches the x axis (horizontal axis). There is only one such place and it is at (2,0) or 2 on the x axis. This is considered a double root, or a root that is repeating, since the degree of any quadratic is 2, but there is only one solution.
