Building your endurance makes it easier to carry out many of your everyday activities. Endurance exercises include: walking or jogging, yard work or ranking,digging or dancing.

Strength: Lifting weights

Using a resistance band

Using your own body weight

Balance: standing on 1 foot or Heel to toe walk also Tai Chi

Flexibility: Shoulder and upper arm stretch, Calf stretch and Yoga.
