Then, find 2 numbers two numbers which add to 5 and multiply to 6:

2 + 3 = 5

2 * 3 = 6

Set both numbers as factors:

3(x + 2)(x + 3) = 0

Set both parentheses to 0:

(x + 2) = 0

x = -2

(x + 3) = 0

x = -3

x = -2, -3
