Answer: 37.778 degrees

Explanation:

The third digit to the right of the decimal is thousandths. If the next digit to the right of that is 5 or more, add one to the thousandths. Otherwise leave it as is. Just drop everything to the right of the place you rounded to.

7 is greater than 5, so add 1 to the 7 in the thousandths place and get

37.778
