Hey there!

First factor out your LEFT SIDE of your equation

Like: (3x + 2) (x - 1) = 0

SET your factors to EQUAL TO 0

Simplify above ⬆

You should have: x = - 2/3 or x = 1

Answer: x = - 2/3 or x = 1

Good luck on your assignment and enjoy your day!
