AD=22.4\ (Diameter)


AC=(22.4)/(2)=11.2\ (radius)


AB=8.8


In\ \Delta\ ABC, Right\ angled\ at


B.\ USing Pythagoras\ theovem


(AB)^2+(BC)^2=(AC)^2


(8.8)^2+(BC)^2=(11,2)^2


(BC)^2=125.44-77.44=48


BC=√(48)=6.92


E_c=x+y\ \ \ \ \(Where\ Fc\ is\ also\ radius\ of\ arcle


\therefore\ \ \ \ \11.2=x+6.92


x=11.2-6.92=4.28


Hence,\ x=4.28\ is\ the\ answer.
