How would someone train to climb Mount Everest?

Answer:

They need hard discipline, to train their bodies for high altitudes, train their legs,...... Basically they need to train their bodies to go beyond its limits and push it to the point of extreme exhaustion, and then farther. the training has to include adapting to the cold and carrying massive weights that might resemble a tent, a sleeping bag, food, the list could go on forever.

They would have to have strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular training. And check the climbing conditions.
