An equilateral triangle pyramid has a base length of 4 in and height of 1.5 in. The slant on the pyramid is 8 in. Find the surface area

that figure has four total faces, so basically you are trying to find just the area of all the faces. the area of a triangle is 1/2 base x height. 4 x 1/2 = 2 2 x 1.5= 3 the area of one side of the triangular pyramid is 3, since there are three sides multiply the three times three and get 9. Don’t forget the base which is length times width 4 x 4= 16. add 16 and 9 to get 25.
