STARTING VALUE:

X=4

Y=-2

Explanation:

x1=0

x2= 2

y1=-2

y2=-1

substitute to slope formula

m=(y2-y1)/ (x2-x1)

m= -3/ 2

SLOPE: -3/2

y=mx+b

substitute x, y and the slope to get the b

-1= -3/2(0) +b

-1=b

EQUATION: -1=b
