Lets find out the area of the tiles i.e

->If three tiles measured 3 inches 3 2 1 × inches

Area of each tile: 3 x 3
(1)/(2) = 10
(1)/(2) sq inch.

Area of three tiles : 3 x 10
(1)/(2) = 31
(1)/(2) sq inch

->If six tiles measured 4 inches 3
(1)/(4) inches

Area of each tile: 4 x 3
(1)/(4) = 13 sq inch.

Area of six tiles: 6 x 13 = 78 sq inch.

Therefore, the area of the whole mosaic in square inches can be calculated by taking the sum of areas of three and six tiles
