I need some help with this problem:

Does the point (2 square root of 3, 2) lie on the circle that is centered at the origin and contains the point (0, -4)? Explain?
A) Yes, because (2 square root of 3)^2 + (2)^2 = 16
B) No, because (2 square root of 3, 2) is less than 4 units away from the origin.
C) Yes, because you can always create a circle through two given points.
D) No, because (2 square root of 3, 2) is greater than 4 units away from the origin.
Thanks!
