Why did African-Americans have more difficulty purchasing a home than white Americans in the post World War II economic boom?

Answer:

I'm pretty sure its B because they were mistreated because I don't think I remember hearing about D and they were also used as slaves back then but African American abolitionists couldn't handle slavery anymore but also people like Abarham Lincoln was trying to end slavery but let da South keep their slaves so dats why I think its B.
