The perimeter is 40 units.

Explanation:

First multiply the width by 2

6 2/3 * 2 = 13 1/3

Now take two 6 2/3 and two 13 1/3 an add them

6 2/3 + 6 2/3 + 13 1/3 + 13 1/3

= 40
