19/2: 3/5 = 19/2 · 5/3 = 19 · 5/2 · 3 = 95/6 = 15 5/6.
5/6 = 25/30
3/5 = 18/30
5/6 is greater than 3/5.
15 + 1 = 16
The answer is D: 16
