Answer:

x=8

Explanation:

If you subtract 3 from both sides then subtract -x/2 from both sides your equation should be simplified down to

-x/2 = -4. if you multiply the 2 on both sides the equation is -x=-8. but now you have to divide by negative 1 on both sides and you get x=8
