Answer:

A≈95.03

Explanation:

The Formula for an area of a circle is A=πr2

Becuase the Radius is half of the diameter then we would divide 11 by 2

which is 5.5

plug it in the equation

A =π (5.5)squared

square 5.5

A=30.25π

A= 95.0331777711

A = pi*r^2, where r is the halfway distance of the line inside (diameter).

Diameter = 2r so 11 = 2r
r=5.5

A = 3.14*(5.5)^2
A= 3.14* 30.25
A= 94.985
