Ice or cryotherapy which is cold therapy is used to increase range of motion and decrease inflammation
So ice can help with the following: bruises, muscle spasms, ice also helps with vasoconstriction which is the constriction of blood flow within blood vessels
Sprains, strains, subluxation(which is a partial dislocation, dislocations, muscle soreness etc.

What type of injuries are ice bags used for. List at least 5.
