Actually Welcome to the concept of Scalar factor Multiplication in Matrix.

So from the above matrix, -3A , is just simply multiplying the -3 to every element of the matrix, so we get as,

===> -3A = | -9 -18 |

| -24 -21 |

| -6 6 |

hence the correct option is B.
